I’m Sam, a time-served plumber with over 15 years’ experience providing plumbing repairs, replacements, installations and maintenance across Fife and the surrounding areas.
I work with homeowners, landlords and local businesses, taking care of everything from those small plumbing jobs you’ve been putting off to repairs, replacements and ongoing maintenance.
You’ll deal directly with me throughout. I’ll explain what needs done, provide an estimate and, if I discover something different once work begins, I’ll discuss your options before carrying out additional work.
Repairs & Maintenance
Leaking pipe, troublesome fitting or a plumbing problem you’re not quite sure how to describe? I carry out general plumbing repairs, fault finding and maintenance for homes, landlords and businesses.
I’ll identify what’s causing the problem, explain the options and recommend an appropriate repair.
Tap REpair & replacements
From a dripping kitchen tap to a mixer that’s become stiff, loose or stopped working properly, I repair and replace a wide range of taps and fittings.
I can source suitable replacements for you or fit customer-supplied taps where they’re appropriate for the existing plumbing and installation.
Toilet REpairs & Installs
Constantly running, not flushing properly, leaking or just seen better days?
I repair common toilet faults and replace internal components, valves and fittings where required.
I can also install replacement toilets and cisterns where the existing plumbing and space are suitable.
Shower & bath installs
I carry out the plumbing work involved in repairing, replacing and installing baths, showers and associated fittings.
That can include leaks, replacement fittings, waste connections and plumbing alterations where required.
I specialise in the plumbing side of the job, so tiling, plastering, joinery, decorating and other cosmetic finishing work aren’t included unless specifically agreed.
Radiator & Heating Repair
Leaking radiator, faulty valve or replacing an old radiator with something new?
I carry out radiator replacements, valve changes, leak repairs and alterations to radiator pipework, as well as diagnosing plumbing-related radiator problems.
I don’t undertake gas work, boiler repairs or full heating-system installations, but if the problem is on the plumbing side, get in touch.
Appliances & outdoors
I install and disconnect plumbed appliances including washing machines and dishwashers, making sure the water and waste connections are properly fitted and tested.
I also install, replace and repair outdoor taps and associated pipework.

3. WE’LL AGREE A DATE
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a suitable date. Receiving an estimate doesn’t automatically reserve an appointment – your booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed the date.
4. I’LL GET IT SORTED
I’ll carry out the agreed work and keep you informed. If I uncover something unexpected or additional work is required, I’ll explain it and agree the next steps with you first.
